Protect your glass
Minerals and grit can etch and permanently cloud windows over time. Regular cleaning removes them first.
Catch problems early
Up close, we spot failed seals, cracked frames, and failing caulk while they're still small fixes.
How often should I clean my windows?
Most homes do best with cleaning about twice a year, spring and fall. Homes near lots of trees, busy roads, or sprinklers may benefit from quarterly service. Storefronts and high-traffic businesses often choose monthly or bi-weekly.
How much does window cleaning cost?
Window cleaning is usually priced by the number and size of windows, your home's number of stories, and whether you want interior + exterior or exterior-only. As a rough guide, whole-home window cleaning typically runs about $150–$300 (often $8–$16 per window), with larger or multi-story homes higher. Recurring plans come with a per-visit discount. Every home is different, so we give free, specific quotes, and you'll always have a clear price before we start.
Your questions, answered.
Yes. We offer exterior-only, interior-only, or full interior-and-exterior cleaning, and most customers choose both for completely clear glass.
In many cases, yes, we use specialized restoration methods to remove mineral and hard-water deposits. Severe long-term etching can be permanent, so we assess the glass and set honest expectations first.
We use water-fed (pure-water) poles and proper equipment to safely reach upper-story and hard-to-reach windows from the ground, no risky ladder work.
About twice a year, spring and fall, for most homes; quarterly if you're near lots of trees, busy roads, or sprinklers.
For exterior-only cleaning you don't need to be home, as long as we have access. For interior work, we'll coordinate access with you in advance.
No, rain is clean water and doesn't cause spotting (mineral-laden runoff and dirt do). Clean glass actually sheds rain more cleanly than dirty glass.
